When you place an order by phone or e-mail we only keep information on the items you

purchased and date they were sent. Credit card numbers are stored in encrypted form only and are retained only as long as needed to complete the sale.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock.

We only ship in the USA.

When paying by check allow 5 days for check to clear before shipping.

All Sales are final.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or e-mail. You will be required to save the box and all its contents. All returns must be approved by us prior to sending them back.

Pleasant Bay Trading Company shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Massachusetts. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales taxes and/or other taxes.
